Reck 'Em Brisket PhillyOur house smoked brisket, sautéed onion, bell pepper and mushrooms, provolone cheese and cheese whiz (of course) served on a toasted hoagie with a side of kettle cooked potato chips!!!   $14

Matador's Brisket Reuben Our house smoked brisket, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and thousand island dressing toasted with a side of kettle cooked potato chips!  $12

Hill Country Cubano Dutchman's Smoked Ham, slow smoked pulled pork, long sliced pickles, swiss cheese and yellow mustard on a panini toasted baguette, served with a side of kettle cooked potato chips!!!   $12

Classic Ham or Turkey and CheeseDutchman's ham or turkey with choice of cheese (cheddar, swiss or provolone) and bread white or marbled rye) and mayo or mustard, served with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions on the side.  Get it hot without the veggies or cold with the veggies.  Comes with a side of kettle cooked potato chips.   $10

Three Cheese Grilled CheeseChoice of marbled rye or white bread, grilled with cheddar, provolone and swiss with a side of kettle cooked potato chips.  $8

Pace Setter Pseudo Pilsner, 4.7% ABV, 30 IBU, 3.1 SRM, Lutra
Kveik, Refreshing and clean, this pseudo pils will hit the spot!

Brew Brothers' Cream Ale 4.7% ABV, 12 IBU One half of a collaboration with my old brew brother Frank Natividad, this light, semi sweet ale is perfect for the hot Texas day!

Alpha Brothers' Bourbon Barrel Cream Ale The second half of the collaboration with my brew brother Frank Natividad, but for this half, we brought in an Iron Wolf Distillery Bourbon Barrel to lightly rest the cream ale on for several weeks before we kegged it.  The barrel created a totally different beer with light vanilla, oak and bourbon flavors.  Such a good beer.  A light on you can sip slowly!!!!

Day 1 Hazy IPA 6.6% ABV, 49 IBU, If you ask the brew guy Tim, this is his favorite IPA!!! Bittered with Cascade, late addition of Amarillo and Mosaic Cryo Hops and a big Mosaic dry hop addition create plenty of Citrus and Floral flavors and aroma!

Reck ‘Em Red Amber Ale 6.4% ABV, 40 IBU, 12.0 SRM, Hornindal Kveik. A traditional amber ale, malt forward with hints of toasted caramel with a presence of bitter and slight fruit and spice flavor character. 

Damn Good American Pale Ale, 4.2% ABV, 48 IBU, named by a customer who was the first to drink it, when asked what she would name it, she said, "I don't know but its a damn good beer!" So there ya go. Crisp, slightly hoppy flavor, great aroma from the huge Cascade dry-hop addition and a nice reddish color set this one apart.

Victory Bells Apollo SMaSH IPA 6.2% ABV  58 IBU Grapefruit abounds in this one!  The Apollo hops really shine through! Cold and crisp make this is a great Summer beer.

Damn Danes Dry Irish Stout 4.5% and 28 IBU, a very light-bodied dark stout, with a slight coffee flavor and smooth finish.

Gnarly Barleywine 10.2% ABV, 70IBU, 13.6 SRM, Hornindal Kveik.Slightly bittersweet finish, a definite Fall Weather sipper! Served as an 8 oz pour.

Snow Cone Hard Seltzer, 5.3% ABV, The adult flashback you might need after 2020!  This hard seltzer is flavored with your favorite Snow Cone flavors, Grape, Cherry, Pina Colada or Tiger's Blood!!!

Guest Tap, Hye Cider, Hye Stylin 8.8% ABV, Our award-winning original cult classic. Crisp, dry, and beautifully effervescent, this cyser is comparable to a prosecco or champagne, but with fresh apple finish. The Cadillac of ciders!
